At Silk Touch Lashes, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide the highest standard to our customers.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original packaging

In the same condition as received
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used eyelash products

Adhesives, liquids, or removers

Sale items or gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@silktouchlashes.co.uk.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Training Courses Policy
All training course bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cooling-Off Period (Errors Only)
If a booking has been made in error, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided this falls within business hours.
All requests must be submitted in writing to contact@silktouchlashes.co.uk.
We reserve the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at our discretion.
Payment Provider Fees
If you have paid using Klarna, Clearpay, or any other third-party payment provider, any non-refundable transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
We do not cover or absorb any payment processing fees under any circumstances.
Missed Training
If you fail to attend your scheduled training, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be issued.
