Packaging

Products are delivered to branded presentation envelope or box with your product protected by a bubble wrap or corrugated paper, to ensure safe arrival of your products.

Order Processing

Warehouse and dispatch are open Monday to Friday 9:00 am till 6:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am till 3:pm and closed on Sundays.

All orders are processed the same day until cut-off (before 3pm) from Monday to Friday and (before 11am) on Saturday unless stated otherwise after receiving your order confirmation email.

This means that if your order has been submitted on our working days before “cut-off” time, they will be processed and dispatched same day and you will receive your products next working day.

For example:

An order submitted on Monday at 2:00 pm will be processed and dispatched same day and will arrive to you on Tuesday by 6:00 pm

An order submitted on Monday at 5:00 pm will be processed and dispatched next day and will arrive to you on Wednesday by 6:00 pm

An order submitted on Saturday at 10:00 am will be processed and dispatched same day and will arrive to you on Monday by 6:00 pm

All orders are checked for defects and packed by hand from our base in Scotland, as such, there may be delays if we receive a high volume of orders. If this is the case, we will notify you.

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation.

Delivery Partner

Our preferred partner for shipping is Royal Mail 24 hrs for UK orders and UPS for international orders. You will be given a product tracking code once your order has been shipped.

Sometimes there may be issues outside of our control with our service providers, e.g. delays due to strike action. Where this is the case, we will notify you of any potential delays to your order.

Countries

We currently ship within the UK, to the United States, Canada, Norway, Sweden and within the EU. Please note that imports into these countries may be subject to value-based taxes subjected to the laws of each country.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is free for all orders over £50 to the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hrs delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@silktouchlashes.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
