Take your lash career to the next level with our Russian Volume & Hybrids Premade Lash Training.

This course is designed for lash artists who already hold a Classic qualification and are ready to refine their technique and master hand-made volume fans. Russian Volume requires precision, control and strong foundations, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Whether you’ve recently qualified or trained elsewhere and feel you need to strengthen your skills, this course will help you build confidence, improve retention and create fuller, balanced sets safely and professionally.

With over seven years in the lash industry and thousands of sets completed, our Master Lash Tech Nora brings real salon experience into every training session. We focus on correct technique, safe lash weight distribution and long-term client results — not just adding another certificate to your wall.

Our groups are kept small to ensure every student receives close supervision and hands-on guidance throughout the day.

What You’ll Learn:

You’ll learn how to safely transition from Classic to Russian Volume, starting with a clear understanding of lash weight and how to protect the natural lash while creating fuller sets.

We’ll guide you through creating consistent hand-made fans, controlling narrow bases and achieving clean, secure attachment for better retention.

You’ll refine your pickup, placement and direction to ensure balanced, well-structured volume sets, while learning how to manage density without compromising lash health.

We’ll also cover styling techniques for different eye shapes and help you troubleshoot common volume challenges so you leave feeling confident and in control of your technique.

10:00am–12:30pm – In-depth theory, fan practice & technique refinement
12:30pm–01:00pm – Lunch break
01:00pm–04:00pm – Application on a live model

Live Model & Patch Testing

A live model is required for the afternoon practical session to ensure you gain real hands-on experience. If your model cannot attend, a mannequin head will be provided and case studies will be required before certification.

All models require patch testing. A patch test kit will be posted to you one week prior to the course, along with instructions and record cards that must be completed and brought on the day.
